摘要
本文首先分析了真空变压吸附制氧法与深冷法的工艺原理,在此基础上比较真空变压吸附制氧法与深冷法的经营成本、安全性、供氧连续性、设备运行,其中安全性又分别在爆炸危害、低温危害、富氧危害三个方面进行比较,突出了安全的重要性。本文的研究成果将对用户选择参考有一定的价值。
The process principles of the vacuum PSA oxygen making method and the deep cooling method are investigated in this paper to compare the equipment operation,operating costs,oxygen continuity safety of both,among which security is highlighted in view of explosion hazard,chilling damage and oxygen enriched harm.The research results of this paper will be useful for the user’s choice.
