摘要 介绍了一种抗冲击改性无规共聚聚丙烯管材的制备方法,通过热塑性弹性体和纳米碳酸钙与PP-R原料的三元共混体系。首先,经过高速混合机混合后,然后由双螺杆挤出设备进行造粒,最后通过管材挤出设备制备出经改性的无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)管材。经增韧增强后PP-R管材的抗冲击性能有很大提高,可以应用于我国北方严寒地区。 A method was introduced that how to make a impact modified polypropylene random polymer pipes. Thermoplastic elastomer, nano-ealeium carbonate and polypropylene random polymer was mixed in a three-phase blends. Firstly, the three materials were mixed in a blender with very high speed. Then the mixed materials were pelletized by a twin- screw machine. Finally, the pelletizing was used to make pipes on single-screw machine. This pipe had a high impact resistance than normal PP-R pipes and could be used in north China area where had low temperature in winter.
