摘要
采用不确定度连续传递模型,对气相色谱法测定地下水中的有机氯农药的不确定度进行了评定。其不确定度主要来源于前处理过程、标准曲线配制、曲线拟合引入的不确定度。采用双误差回归的方式对标准曲线拟合,用插值法可以得到地下水样品的浓度及其不确定度,将前处理过程中、稀释等过程产生的不确定度叠加,可以计算其合成不确定度。
By using the propagation model of uncertainty, uncertainty evaluation of organochlorine pesticide in underground water by GC were discussed. The main sources of uncertainty come from the sample preparation, calibration solution preparation and calibration curve fitting. Fitting the standard curve with double error regression method, the concentration of water sample and its uncertainty could be calculated by interpolation method, by superposed the of sample preparation and dilution, the combined standard uncertainty could be finally counted.
