摘要
探讨了造纸废液提取物——木素粉剂作为脲醛树脂胶改性剂的可行性,分析了木素粉剂不同用量对胶合板胶合强度、浸渍剥离性能、吸水厚度膨胀率及甲醛释放量的影响。研究结果表明:木素粉剂作为脲醛树脂胶的改性剂可有效捕捉其游离甲醛;木素粉剂用量小于15%时,改性脲醛树脂胶胶合板的理化性能较好。
The present work discussed the feasibility of utilizing lignin from the papennaking waste liquid extract as a urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin modifying agent. The authors analyzed the effects of different dosage of lignin on the strength, dipping detachment performance, thickness swelling rate of the plywood. The results indicated that: 1) lignin as modifying agent significantly improved the free formaldehyde absorption rate; 2) the physico-chemical property was strong when lignin dosage was within 15%.
