摘要 针对孟津煤矿通风总阻力偏大、东翼回风大巷风速超限,矿井采掘部署不合理,风量浪费严重的问题,通过对通风阻力测定和主要风机性能鉴定的结果进行分析,制定了优化方案,主要措施包括:巷道降阻、合理配风、后期通风系统确定,利用VNT软件数据解网,验证了优化方案的效果。并针对矿井后期的生产部署,制定了二水平的通风系统方案,通过评价对比,选择了合理方案。结果表明,对东翼回风大巷断面扩修可有效降低矿井通风阻力,大大降低风机能耗,通风系统稳定、可靠,为矿井安全生产提供了保障。 In view of the Mengjin Coat Mine' s large total ventilation resistance, east wing main return way wind speed out of gauge, coal mining deployment is not reasonable, and the wind-waste problem is getting serious. The optimization scheme is made up, which is analyzed by measuring the resistance of the ventilation and the main fan performance appraisal results. The main measures include:reducing the tunnel resistance, reasonable distribution of air quantity.determine the later ventilation system,through the solution of network by using VNT, verified the effect of the optimization schemes. And according to the mine's later production deployment,developed a ventilation system of the second level. By evaluating contrast, chose the reasonable solution. The results showed that expand the section of the air return roadway can effectively reduce the resistance of mine ventilation system, greatly reduce the energy consumption of the fan, and the ventilation system will be stable and reliable, provide guarantee for production safety of the mine.
