宫颈冷刀锥切术后病理有无宫颈上皮内瘤变对复发的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的:研究宫颈冷刀锥切术后病理中有无宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)对复发的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年间共95例因阴道镜下宫颈活检病理证实为CIN 3,行宫颈冷刀锥切术的患者的临床病理资料。将其分成2组,组1(锥切病理无CIN)和组2(锥切病理有CIN),研究2组患者的年龄、中位妊娠次数、中位经产次数、绝经患者比率、锥切前后高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Hr-HPV)持续感染率及组织学复发率之间差异有无统计学意义。结果:两组患者上述研究指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈冷刀锥切术后病理中无CIN的患者与有CIN的患者预后无显著差异,术后随访同等重要。
