摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法对国外两款吸扫式清扫车的流场性能进行了仿真分析。建立了流场几何模型,选择非结构化网格对模型进行了网格划分,采用k-ε湍流模型,并施加适当的边界条件后,利用FLUENT软件对模型进行数值计算,为国内清扫车流场的优化设计提供了理论依据和数据支持。
With Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),simulation and analysis of flow on two foreign suction broom road sweepers.Establishing the flow field geometric model,imposing appropriate boundry conditions,conduct numerical calculation with FLUENT software based on grid mesh model and the k-ε turbulence model.All of these can provide data and theoretical support for the design of the road sweeper flow field.
