摘要
针对常规洗井车滤料反洗不干净,导致洗井车处理后水质难以达到要求的问题,介绍了一款新型油田专用车载式注水井洗井车,对该车的水处理装置、动力传动系统、洗井流程及搅拌反洗装置进行了详细介绍。该新型油田专用注水井洗井车具有高压、大排量、自循环洗井、清洗效果好、污水不外排、能够节省大量水资源、有效降低注水管网压力等特点,是一种环保、经济、高效的注水井洗井专用设备。
Regarding to the untidy backwash by regular well flushing truck, a truck-mounted well-flushing device for water injection wells in oilfields was introduced, which is composed of a water treating device, a depressurization system, power transmission system, hydraulic system and control system. It is characteristic of high pressure, large capacity, self-circulation flush, high flush efficiency, no external drain of sewage, saving water resource and decompressing water injection pipe network. An environmental protection, economic and effective special well-flushing device which was designed for water injection wells.
