摘要 使用水性异氰酸酯乳液、羧基氧化淀粉、水、淀粉多元醇等材料制备胶粘剂。通过对压制板材力学性能、胶粘剂胶层的FT-IR图谱和热重数据进行分析,探讨了淀粉多元醇加入量对胶粘剂粘接性能的影响。结果表明,多元醇添加量越多胶粘剂中剩余的异氰酸基越少,但胶层的稳定性下降。多元醇添加量为30%、40%时制备的胶粘剂性能较好,用2种胶粘剂压制的胶合板性能达到国家Ⅱ标准。 In this paper, the starch polyols adhesive was prepacked by using the water-based isocyanate emulsion, carboxylic oxidized starch, water and starch polyols as the raw materials.The effect of starch polyols on the bonding properties of the adhesive was explored. The adhesive was characterized by the mechanical properties of polywood, the FTIR spectra and TGA curves of the cured adhesive. The results showed that with increasing the polyols amount, the isocyanate group content and stability of the cured adhesive were decreased.When the amount ofpolyols was 30% and 40%, the adhesiveproperties were better and the bonding strength of plywood met the requirement of grade II polywood of standard GB/T9846.3-2004.
