摘要
为有效解决电动车窗存在的安全隐患,特别是对儿童乘车安全的潜在威胁,现代汽车对电动车窗强制采用了车窗防夹技术。重点探讨了非接触式传感器检测、接触式传感器检测、电流检测、纹波检测以及基于CAN和LIN网络检测的电动车窗防夹技术及其原理。对于各种防夹技术,为保证防夹系统的稳定性,需要在控制过程中采用自适应算法。出于制造成本和汽车安全性等因素考虑,基于CAN和LIN网络检测的电动车窗防夹技术将成为未来的发展趋势。
To effectively solve the hidden trouble in security electric windows, especially the potential threat to security of chil- dren,the electric window on modern automobile forced to adopt the anti-pinch technology. The electric window anti-pinch technol- ogy and its principle was discussed based on non-contact sensor detection, contact sensor detection, current detection, ripple detection, CAN and LIN network detection. For a variety of technologies,in order to ensure the stability of anti-pinch system, adaptive algorithm in control should be used. For the manufacturing cost and safety considerations, using electric window anti-pinch technology based on CAN and LIN network detection will become the development trend of its future.
