摘要
道岔转换阻力是反映道岔状态的关键参数,针对目前道岔转换力监测方法的不足,依据光纤传感检测的原理,推导了一种增敏型的FBG动作杆检测装置的使用方法,以此建立了道岔转换阻力在线监测系统。在武汉地铁1号线汉口北站搭建了实测平台,测量数据的分析结果表明,传感检测数据能实时地反映道岔动作状态。根据监测的数据,可以有针对性地采取措施,保障道岔状态稳定,确保线路的安全,从而实现轨道交通的科学管理。
Switch resistance is a key parameter to reflect the switch status. Aiming at the lack of monitoring method of switch, based on the principle of FBG sensor, the derivation of a sensitized FBG operating rod test device type using methods to switch resistance on-line monitoring system is established. A monitoring platform is built at the North Railway Station of Hankou in Wuhan Metro Line 1. Monitoring data show the switch action on-line. According to monitoring data, ensuring the safety of routes, the targeted method is adopted to ensure the switch status steadily, ensuring the safety of routes, so as to realize the scientific management of rail traffic.
