摘要
针对30MnSi管桩钢筋(PC钢棒)延迟脆断的问题,对30MnSi盘条和PC钢棒的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、断口形貌等进行分析。结果表明:造成PC钢棒延迟脆断的直接原因是钢棒的加工和热处理工艺不当,间接原因是钢中的化学成分和气体含量影响。严格控制盘条的化学成分,适当提高钢中的Si含量,延长盘条的时效处理时间有利于减少钢棒延迟断裂现象的发生。
Aiming at the problem of delayed fracture for 30MnSi pipe piling reinforced bar (PC steel bar), analysis was made on the chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morpholo- gy of 30MnSi wire rod and PC steel rod. Analysis results showed that the direct reason for the delayed frac- ture of PC steel bar was inappropriate processing and heat treatment process; the indirect reason was the in- fluence of chemical composition and gas content in steel. Strictly controlling the chemical composition of wire rod, moderately increasing Si content in steel and prolonging the ageing time of wire rod can alleviate the oc- curring of delayed fracture of steel rod.
