摘要
天津钢铁集团有限公司为适应国外用户需求,开展了英标500MPa螺纹钢筋开发工作。通过将铬元素的含量控制在0.30%~0.40%,适当降低碳元素、硅元素、锰元素含量,制定合理的轧制工艺,在轧制速度控制为6.9~7.7m/s,QTB出口温度为500~520℃,冷床温度为630~650℃的工艺条件下,成功开发出符合BS4449标准要求的螺纹钢筋。
Upon the demand by foreign customers, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. proceeded the development of 500 MPa grade rebar in accordance with British Standard. The said rebar in com- pliance with BS4449 Standard was successfully developed under the process condition of 6.9~7.7 m/srolling speed, 500-520 ℃ QTB exit temperature and 630-650℃ cooling bed temperature, through con- trolling chromium content within 0.30%-0.40%, properly lowering the content of carbon, silicon and manganese and formulating reasonable rolling process.
