摘要
首先探讨知识管理和信息技术之间的关系,介绍知识管理工具的概念及其分类。然后指出知识管理的实现必须以与先进的信息技术相结合为前提,基于某些技术产品具体介绍一些主要的知识管理软件工具及平台。最后提出知识管理所应具备的技术条件。
Discusses the relationship between knowledge management and information technology, then introduces the concept of tools for knowledge management and its classification. To be combined with advanced information technology, knowledge management can be realized. Then introduces some important softwares for knowledge management and indicates some technologies required.
