摘要
基于创新发展驱动战略的农业环境科技创新探索是新时期面临的新课题,结合实际,着眼未来的发展,分析了农业环境科技创新发展的现实需求,提出了农业环境科技创新的目标、方向以及途径。
The agricultural-environment science and technology innovation based on the innovation-drive strategic is a new problem faced in new period,combining the practice ,focus on the future development,the realistic demand of innovation of the agro-environmental was analyzed, goals, direction and approach were put forward.
