人类上古时期歌颂英雄固然重要,培养英雄亦亟不可待,所以男性成年仪式上会因时制宜围绕如何铸就英雄这一目标而进行。这样事关社稷民生的仪式成为优秀诗人吟诵的首选题材,既传道授业又蜚声于世。史诗《奥德修纪》从谋篇布局、角色安排和言辞表达上均可发现作者荷马以其独特的艺术魅力成功阐释了成年的特勒马科斯英雄蜕变的历程,为后世留下丰富史料和典型个案。
In ancient times, it was very important to praise heroes, and it was also very urgent to cultivate heroes. So the adult ceremony of males should be themed with how to foster heroes in specific place and at particular time. This situation of the national survival and people＇s lives became a preferred subject among excellent poets, which could both spread knowledge and win popularity for those heroes. The overall planning, characters arrangement and verbal expressions in the epic Odyssey displayed Homer＇s success with his unique artistic charm in interpreting the process of how adult Telemachus be a hero, which left rich historic materials and a typical case for future generations to study.
