摘要
分析了当供应链中的环节或节点出现随机中断风险时,柔性供应链策略的改进。提出了供应链脆性的计算公式,并讨论针对环节中断和节点中断不同情况下,供应链网络的最优设计策略。通过建模推导证明,研究了中断风险概率和长链策略及短链策略间的关系,并通过仿真模拟分析乳饮料供应链中过剩产能、需求多样性和供应链脆性之间的关系。研究发现,当一个软饮料企业的供应链网络对环节中断更敏感时应该使用短链策略,当一个企业的供应链对节点中断更敏感时应该使用长链策略。过剩产能可以对冲供应链中断风险,降低供应链脆性。减少需求种类的多样性也可以有效地对冲供应链中断风险。
In this paper, we analyzed the improvement to the flexible supply chain strategy in response to the stochastic disruption risks in the supply chain or its links, proposed the formula to calculate the fragility of the supply chain, and discussed, with respect to the disruption at a certain link or at a certain node, the optimal design strategy of the supply chain network. Next, through model deduction, we studied the relationship of the disruption risk probability with the longchain strategy and with the shortchain strategy and at the end, verified the conclusions through a simulation test.
