摘要
目的:总结马智教授应用解郁安神汤治疗顽固性失眠临床疗效及其用药特点。方法:对于诊断为顽固性失眠的患者55例,予以解郁安神汤治疗。结果:临床应用解郁安神汤治疗顽固性失眠患者,疗程结束后评价疗效,其中痊愈率25%,显效率40%,好转率29%,无效6%,总有效率94%。结论:应用解郁安神汤对顽固性失眠治疗有显著疗效,其用药特点值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Anshen decoction treat intractable insomnia. Method： Select intractable insomnia diagnosed in 55 patients, be Jieyu Anshen decoction. Results ： Jieyu Anshen decoction treat intractable insomnia, after the end of treatment evaluation, its cure rate is 25%, Significant rate is 40% ; the improvement rate was 29%, the total efficiency is 94%, the invalid rate is 6%. Conclusion ： Jieyu Anshen decoction on intractable insomnia have a significant effect.
