摘要
汽车车架焊接使用的CO2气体保护焊在焊接过程中焊缝表面会产生氧化物,由于氧化物不导电造成涂装电泳无法附着电泳漆,在汽车使用过程中焊接氧化物受振动易脱落,造成车架锈蚀。通过使用TRIZ理论的物-场模型解决方法,确定元素并绘制物-场原理图,最后选择标准解,改进焊接工艺,避免焊缝表面氧化物的产生,使车架的防腐能力增强,提高了产品的品质。
CO2, gas shielded welding used in the body frame welding process will produce oxide on the weld surface. The electrophoresis can not be attached electrophoresis paint due to the non-conductive oxidation, the welding oxide is easy to fall off when vehicle is in use, causing the frame to be corroded. By using TRIZ object-field model solution to determine the elements, draw the object-field diagram and choice the standard solution are described in this paper, improving the welding process, eliminating oxide on the weld surface, enhancing the frame corrosion resistance, therefore the quality of body frame is improved.
