摘要
为进行校园植物的越冬管理,丰富校园植物的选择和配置,以郑州师范学院校园内的16种植物为试材,采用电导法测其低温胁迫下的电解质外渗率(REC),并配合Logistic方程进行拟合,求出半致死温度(LT50),比较抗寒性。结果表明:随温度的降低,红瑞木、侧柏、海桐、蔷薇、广玉兰、腊梅、月季、猬实、大叶黄杨、桂花、火棘、南天竹、鸡蛋花、龙爪槐、大叶女贞、夹竹桃的电解质外渗率均呈S型变化,其LT50分别为-27.12℃、-21.24℃、-20.59℃、-19.18℃、-18.42℃、-15.39℃、-14.57℃、-13.19℃、-12.13℃、-11.91℃、-11.61℃、-11.47℃、-10.51℃、-8.94℃、-7.95℃、-6.52℃,抗寒性依次降低。在此基础上,针对郑州地区露地越冬危险的夹竹桃、大叶女贞、龙爪槐等提出合理配置和防冻害管理建议。
In order to manage the campus plants 16 campus plants of Zhengzhou Normal University were in winter and enrich their selection and configuration, selected to measure the electrolyte leakage rate( REC ) under low temperature stress the electrical conductance method, and the Logistic equation was used to fit the changing curves to calculate semilethal temperature (LTs0). The results showed that with the decline of tem- perature, the REC variation of Cornus alba , Platycladus orientalis , Pittosporum tobira , Prunus persica , Magnolia grandiflora , Chimonanthus praecox , Rosa chinensis Jacq. , Beauty bush, Euonymus japonicus , Osmanthus fra- gram, Pvracantha angustifolia, Nandina domestica, Plumeria rubra Linn. , Sophora japonica, Glossy privet and Nerium indicum showed S - shape curves, and their LT50 values were - 27.12℃, - 21.24℃, - 20.59℃, -19.18℃, - 18. 42℃, - 15. 39℃, - 14. 57℃, - 13. 19℃, - 12. 13℃, - 11. 91℃, - 11. 61℃, - 11.47℃, - 10.51%, - 8.94℃, -7.95 ℃ and - 6.52℃ respectively;so the cold resistance decreased in order. On this basis, the rational allocation and antifreeze protection suggestions for Nerium indicum, Glossy privet and Sophora japonica were put forward.
