新型液力变矩器减振系统性能仿真分析

摘要 对各种新型液力变矩器减振系统结构上的特点进行了分析,并根据某车型的传动系参数建立了加装不同形式减振系统的传动系扭振分析模型。根据模型,比较分析了加装不同形式的减振系统时传动系的固有频率。并对比分析了在相同发动机转矩矩激励下,分别安装传统形式与新型的TTD、Twin TD式扭振减振时传动系统的受迫振动响应特性。结果表明,针对该传动系采用TTD式减振系统比TD式减振系统可以有效降低传动系扭振,而采用Twin TD式减振系统可实现更好的减振效果。该研究对液力变矩器减振系统的设计有一定指导意义。 The structural characteristics of a variety of new type of hydraulic torque converter damper system are analyzed,and the torsional vibration analysis models of the transmission system with different damper systems are built based on a vehicle drive train parameters. According to the models,the natural frequency of these systems are compared. And the forced vibration characteristics of the transmission with TD system,new TTD system and new Twin TD system are compared. The results show that,for this transmission system,the use of TTD style is better than TD system and the use of Twin TD type damper system can achieve even better damping effect. The study has a certain help to torque converter damper system design.
