摘要
为了解决高档数控机床在B样条曲线加工时存在插补计算量大、型值点确定比较麻烦、控制精度不高等问题,提出了一种B样条曲线高速实时插补的方法。经具体实例在MATLAB 7.0上仿真,结果表明插补误差明显减小、控制精度显著提高,满足高速、高精度实时插补的要求。对应用该插补算法解决B样条曲线插补等问题具有重要的现实意义。
In the high - grade CNC machines tools CNC interpolation system existed interpolation of large amount of calculation, the type value points is more trouble, the control precision is not strong and so on. In order to solve this problem, introduces on high -grade CNC machines tools CNC system for B -Spline curve method of High - speed real - time interpolation arithmetic. Through specific examples in MATLAB7.0 simulation result shows that the interpolation error significantly reduced, the control precision is im- proved markedly, and satisfy the real - time interpolation of high speed, high accuracy requirements. It has important practical significance to the application of the interpolation algorithm that to solve engi- neering the Cubic B -spline curves and other major problems.
