摘要
教育是民族振兴的基石,是社会进步的源泉。在提高高等教育教学质量的主旋律下,督导员如何定位自己的角色,有效履行职责,帮助教师提高教学水平、提升科学研究与教学改革的能力显得尤为重要。文章分析了我国高校教学督导工作的现状,论述了新形势下教学督导员的使命,提出督导员应进行角色转换,实现由督到导的转变,从而充分发挥教学督导的作用,促进高校师资队伍建设。
Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation and the source of social progress. Under the theme of boosting teaching quality of higher education, it is particularly important to supervise the supervisors to position their role, to carry out the function more effectively, and to help teachers promote teaching level, and scientific research and teaching reform. This paper reviews the present situation of teaching supervision in China, discusses the mission of teaching supervisors in the new situation, and proposes that the supervisors should transform their roles from the supervision to the guidance, and fully exert their roles to promote teaching team building in the universities.
