摘要
营造更加健康、宜人的空间是建筑发展的目标,但是实现这个目标往往以资源的消耗和环境的付出为代价。江苏沿海地区热舒适环境指标与我国目前已经出台的环境指标相比具有经济性优势。江苏沿海地区属于夏热冬冷地区,因此,利用计算机模拟方法比较"江苏沿海"与"夏热冬冷地区"环境指标对住宅建筑经济性的影响,并对其进行系统介绍和分析,确认江苏沿海地区热舒适环境指标是否更具经济性。这种利用计算机模拟分析的技术手段被视为定量节能技术,即能够定量地确定能耗数值。
Creating more healthy and pleasant space is the development goal of building, but to achieve this goal is often to pay for the consumption of resources and the environment. Environmental thermal comfort index in Jiangsu coastal area shows economic advantages compared with environmental indicators published in China. Jiangsu coastal area belongs to the hot summer and cold winter, so we use computer simulation means residential building in" to compare the influence of environmental indicators on the cost of the u coastal area" and "hot summer and cold winter area". The paper introduces and analyzes the system to obtain the environmental thermal comfort index in the Jiangsu coastal area is more economical.
