摘要
为研究成型方式对密级配沥青稳定碎石路用性能的影响,采用不同最大公称粒径的密级配沥青稳定碎石,分别以GTM法与大马歇尔法确定其最佳油石比与体积参数,并对不同参数标准下的混合料进行了性能对比分析。结果表明:成型方式对沥青稳定碎石的性能有着重要的影响,GTM法设计的密级配沥青稳定碎石较大马歇尔法性能更优。同时,试验路检测结果表明:以GTM法确定的密度控制现场施工质量更为合理。
In order to study how the forming way affects the pavement performance of asphalt stabilized macadam in dense gradation, GTM method and large Marshall method were used respectively on such macadam in different nominal maximum size of aggregate so as to determine the optimal asphalt aggregate ratio and volume parameter thereof, and then the properties of the mixture in different parameter standards were compared. The results show that the forming way has major influence on the performance of asphalt stabilized macadam, and the macadam in dense gradation designed by GTM method has better performance than that by large Marshall method. At the same time, the result of the detection on test road shows that it is more reasonably to control the quality of site construction with the density specified by GTM method.
