摘要
为了研究残缺家庭环境是否对青少年犯罪有影响,本文通过随机抽取的邯郸市少管所100名12到16岁服刑人员和邯郸市新世纪广场附近随机抽取的100名12到16岁普通青少年,对其家庭情况进行调查,通过对比分析,得出生活在不健全家庭中对青少年的犯罪行为具有一定影响,并且进一步分析其产生影响的性质,原因,提出对预防残缺家庭青少年犯罪的几点策略。
