摘要
无碳小车是一个典型的机械结构,结构设计是否合理需要通过贴近于实际情况的整车模型仿真进行确认。运用ADAMS软件建立无碳小车整车的动力学仿真模型,建模时通过一定的简化,合理实现了驱动速度、差速传动、车轮与地面间接触的模拟。仿真结果表明,小车能够完整的跑出"8"字型轨迹,其运动规律符合设计预期。建立的无碳小车动力学模型可为无碳小车的设计提供理论指导,在小车未制作前能够准确的模拟出运动轨迹。特别是采用空间连杆机构或者凸轮机构等作为转向机构时,要想通过数学的方式推导出其运动轨迹十分困难,此时运用整车动力学仿真模型能够很好的解决该问题。
Carbon-free caris a typical mechanical structure,whether the structure design of which is reasonable needs the complete vehicle simulation model close to the pragmatic situation to verify. The complete vehicle dynamical simulation model of carbon-free car is established by using the ADAMS software through some simplification and then reasonably simulate actuating speed,differential drive and the contact between the wheel and the ground. Simulation results show the car can completely run out of the "eight" track and the movement rule of which conforms to the anticipated design.The dynamical simulation model of carbon-free car can provide theoretical guidance for the design of carbon-free car and accurately simulate the movement trajectory before the car is made.Especially it is very difficult to deduce the movement trajectory mathematically when using spatial linkage mechanism or cam mechanism,as steering mechanism,while utilizing the complete vehicle dynamical simulation model can solve the problem well.
