摘要
北京作为全国文化中心,其文化建设和发展与北京城市已有的历史文化资源和城市文脉紧密相连,也与有意识的城市总体规划定位密切相关。新中国成立后历次北京城市规划中关于城市性质功能的定位,对全国文化中心的建设发展产生了重大的影响,深刻的教训和成功的经验并存。它们深刻体现了政治、经济、社会和文化语境中的城市规划话语体系和城市文化意识对全国文化中心内涵和功能的理解和把握,以及以什么样的战略意识和发展措施影响和推动北京作为全国文化中心的建设和发展。
As the national cultural center of China, the cultural construction and development of Beijing have close connections with the historic ＆ cultural heritage and the context of the city, which is also closely related to Beijing＇ s consciously urban general planning. Since the founding of People＇ s Republic of China, all the previous urban plannings of Beijing on the characteristics and functions of the city have caused great impacts on the building of the national cultural center. During the period, profound lessons as well as successful experiences are both manifested. They not only reflect what the role of the system of discourse of urban planning in the context of politics, economic connotations and consciousness and s, society functions developme ＆ culture and cultural awareness of city has played in the interpretation of the of the national cultural center. They also embody the influences of strategic nt measures that have influenced the construction and advancement of Beijing as the national cultural center of China.
