摘要
动物性食品安全严重威胁着人体健康和公共卫生安全。论文从养殖、运输和屠宰环节分析了我国农场动物福利存在的问题及其对动物性食品安全的影响,并针对性的提出了提高农场动物福利,保障动物性食品安全的建议和对策。
In recent years, the involving food safety accidents in animal food seem to be serious threat to human health and public health security, and thus call widespread concern of the society. This thesis ana- lyzed the problems of farm animal welfare in China and its influence on animal food safety from the perspectives of animal cultivation, transportation and slaughter, put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures to improve farm animal welfare to ensure the safety of animal food.
