摘要
介绍了基于故障树模型的故障诊断方法,以整车电磁抗扰度的故障为顶事件,以整车电磁抗扰度测试中出现的安全性故障、视觉干扰故障、听觉干扰故障为中间事件,建立了其故障树模型,并以某车型在进行电磁抗扰度测试时的组合仪表故障为例,进行了故障分析,为提高整车的可靠性提供了参考和设计依据。
A fault diagnosis method based on fault tree is introduced.Taking the fail of vehicle EMI test as the top event,and the safety fail,vision disturb fail,and audition fail as the middle event,the fault tree model is constructed.Analysis of fault of the instrument during fail of vehicle EMI test is provided,which can be used to improve the vehicle's reliability.
