摘要
行政管理工作是高校组织在建设和发展中的重要组成部分,全面研究高校行政管理执行力出现的问题并探索行之有效的新路径,对于改进和提升高校行政管理效率,增强高校的核心竞争力以及实现高校的发展目标具有重要的现实意义。
Administrative work is an important component of the construction and development of university. It is of great significance to research the problems in university administration execution and explore a new and effective solution to improve and enhance the efficiency of administrative management in colleges and universities to enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities and to achieve the development goals of the university.
