摘要
美国是世界精英的摇篮,它先进的人才培养模式和教育理念值得我们学习和借鉴。文章通过文献研究梳理了美国应用型本科人才培养的发展过程,从政府、培养目标、专业设置和课程体系、教学模式和社会力量五方面分析总结出美国应用型本科教育发展的成功经验,从校企合作、课程体系和培养方式三个方面启示我国应用型人才培养改革。
The United States is the cradle of the world＇s elite. The advanced training model and educational philosophy is worth learning. This paper reviews the literature development process of Applied Undergraduate Talents from the government, training objectives, professional and curriculum system, teaching mode and social forces in five areas. It analyzed and summarized the successful experience of the United States from the development of application-oriented education, and aspects of the reform of applied talent training in our country from university-enterprise cooperation, course system and cultivation way revelation.
