摘要
深圳市福田区在建立覆盖全区的基层公共图书馆服务体系的基础上,进一步探索社会力量参与公共图书馆建设的途径,成立了国内首个适应区域性公共图书馆总分馆体系的理事会。目前,福田区公共图书馆理事会的运行已取得初步成效,但社会力量参与图书馆建设的广度与深度还很有限,参与过程中的政策、体制和法律等诸多问题仍有待继续研究与完善。参考文献2。
On the basis of the establishment of the local public library service system which covers the whole district, Futian District of Shenzhen explores further approaches of social resources participating into the con- struction of public libraries, and sets the first Board of Trustees fitting in with regional main-branch library service system in China. The operation of the Board of Trustees of public libraries of Futian District has a- chieved initial results at present, but the breadth and depth of social resources into building public libraries, are quite limited. Therefore, many issues relating to the policy, system and laws in the involvement process remain to he further researched and improved. 2 refs.
