摘要
追求利益最大化是企业存在的根本目的,持续改善是企业获得利益的有效方法,精益管理是实现持续改善强有力的武器。笔者针对一些企业导入精益管理存在的弊端,分析了应用精益思想的历史背景和精益管理的精髓所在,从以人为本出发,介绍了企业引入精益管理的方法和要求。
Enterprise＇s fundamental purpose is the pursuit of the maximization of interest, continuous improvement is an elfective way to gain the benefit of the enterprise, lean management is to realize the continuous improvement of the powerful weapon. This paper, in view of some problems existing now many enterprises implement the lean management, analyzes the essence of the application of lean thinking and the historical background of the lean management, from the people-oriented, introduces the enterprise to introduce the methods and requirements of lean management.
