摘要
地面高空气象观测一体化不仅能够适应气象观测业务现代化和基层气象机构综合改革的需要,同时,它还是实现观测人员一岗多责,促进观测岗位集约化的重要"助力器"。简要分析了地面高空气象观测一体化中存在的问题,并根据这些问题探讨了有效的应对策略,以期为相关部门的工作提供参考。
The upper air and surface meteorological observation integration can not only adapt to, the comprehensive reform of meteorological business modernization and basic meteorological institutions need, at the same time, it is to achieve observers of a post more responsibility, promote the observation post intensive important ＂booster.＂ This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the integration of ground and upper air meteorological observation, and discusses the effective strategies to deal with these problems, in order to provide reference for the relevant departments.
