大足黑山羊胎盘子叶性状和结构及其与繁殖性能的相关性 被引量:3

Placental cotyledon traits and structure and their relations with reproductive performance in Dazu black goat(Capra Hircus)

摘要 收集79窝(单羔,n=21,G1;双羔,n=47,G2;三羔,n=11,G3)大足黑山羊正常分娩后胎盘及繁殖性能数据,比较不同产羔类型胎盘子叶承载效率(窝初生重与子叶总面积之比)、子叶密度(子叶个数与胎盘质量之比)、子叶面积和子叶组织学结构、绒毛超显微结构,并且分析子叶性状和结构及其与繁殖性能的相关性。结果表明,大足黑山羊随产羔数增加,胎盘子叶承载效率和子叶总面积极显著增加(P<0.01),G1、G2和G3组子叶承载效率分别是(5.70±2.50),(9.23±3.90),(8.15±3.33)g·cm-2,子叶总面积分别为(501.57±124.25),(546.34±197.78),(735.85±194.28)cm2;子叶密度极显著性降低(P<0.01),G1、G2和G3组分别是(0.38±0.18),(0.26±0.10),(0.21±0.08)n·g-1,子叶总数无显著性差异(P>0.05);由组织学结构观察发现,随着产羔数增加,胎盘子叶内血管数量增多,密度增大,绒毛形状变宽变大,密集程度增加,表面褶皱更丰富。相关性分析表明,产羔数和窝初生重与胎盘质量、子叶总面积、子叶承载效率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。研究发现山羊胎盘子叶面积与子叶承载效率相互联系;胎盘子叶组织结构及绒毛结构与山羊产羔数有显著性相关。 In this study,we investigated the placental cotyledon traits,structure and their relations with reproductive performance in 79 Dazu black goats(single births,n=21,G1;twins births,n=47,G2;triplets births,n=11,G3).We comparatively analyzed the cotyledon support efficiency(CSE,defined as the ratio of birth litter weight to placental cotyledon area),cotyledon density(CD,defined as cotyledon number per gram placental weight),cotyledon area(CA)and cotyledon number(CN)among the above group.Then we further compared the cotyledonal histological structure and the villi ultra-microstructure.Finally,we analyzed the correlations of the cotyledon traits and reproductive performance.The results showed that among the above group,there were significant differences in CSE(P〈0.01),CD(P〈0.01),CA(P〈0.01),but CN(P〉0.05)with no difference,CSE and CA increased with litter size,and CSE were(5.70±2.50),(9.23±3.90)and(8.15±3.33)g·cm-2 and CA were(501.57±124.25),(546.34±197.78)and(735.85±194.28)cm2 for G1,G2 and G3,respectively.However CD decreased with litter size and there were(0.38±0.18),(0.26±0.10)and(0.21±0.08)n·g-1,respectively.The CN were(110.43±33.54),(109.51±33.45)and(120.27±38.10),respectively.Observing anatomical structure,Dazu black goat cotyledon capillary number was multi and density,and the placenta villi became larger,wider and concentrated,and had more surface drape with the increasing litter size.Bivariate correlation analysis showed kid number and kid birth weight had significant positive correlation with placental weight,CA and CSE(P〈0.01).In conclusion,the placental cotyledon area and cotyledon support efficiency connected with each other.The cotyledonal histological structure and cotyledon villi microstructure is significantly related with kid number.
