摘要
"三教"建设,即教室、教师、教材建设,成为油田企业培训机构重点研究的课题之一。分析了长庆油田安全生产技术培训中心"三教"建设现状;阐述了"三教"建设的探索与实践,提出加快教室建设,提升硬件实力;结合油田实际,推进教材建设;加强师资队伍建设,努力提高教学水平的建议。特别是在培训教学研究方面,紧密结合油田安全生产实际,大力开展教学方式方法的研究。指出,以"教室、教师、教材"为核心内容的"三教"建设,是完成油田安全技术培训任务,保证培训质量的关键。
The construction of classroom, teacher and teaching material has become one of the key issues to the oilfield enterprise training institutions. The present situation of the Safety Production Technology Training Center of Changqing Oilfield in the construe- tion of ＂classroom, teacher and teaching material＂ is analyzed, the discussion and practice on the construction of ＂classroom, teacher and teaching material＂ are described, and the suggestions of speeding up the construction of the classroom to enhance the hardware strength, promoting the construction of teaching materials according to the oilfield practice and strengthening the construction of the teacher team to improve teaching level are proposed. It is especially pointed out that the construction of ＂classroom, teacher and teaching material＂ is the key to finishing oilfield safety technology training tasks and ensuring the training quality.
