摘要
分析了航空摄影测量技术的发展和要求,结合海岸带、海岛礁测绘特点和需求,论述了海洋测绘航空摄影测量技术、装备、标准和人才体系建设的重点和方向,明确提出了技术和装备建设存在的问题、发展思路和技术方案,为海洋测绘航空摄影测量体系建设提供参考。
In this paper, the development and requirements of aerophotogrammetric technology are analyzed. According to the characteristic and demanding of surveying in coastal zones or islands and reefs, the aerophotogrammetric technique, equipment, standards, and the key points and direction of the construction for talent staff are discussed.The existing problem of the technique and equipment construction, the thinking of their development and technique schemes are put forward explicitly.This paper will have some valuable reference to the construction of aerophotogrammetric system for hydrographic surveying and charting.
