摘要
通过对蔬菜主要进口国(日本、美国和欧盟)近1年对我国蔬菜违反通报数据进行统计,并对这些国家的检验检疫制度进行分析,总结归纳了一般食品出口企业的经验做法,对影响蔬菜农残安全的原料基地类型、作物类别、农残种类以及内外部监管情况等因素分别进行农残风险评估,确定风险等级大小。在风险评估基础上,为出口蔬菜加工企业提出了从蔬菜原料采购到原料检验,再到成品出厂、检验放行的过程,并对农残进行监控管理的具体措施。
This paper countes the violation of Japan, USA and EU regulations last year, and analyzes their inspection and quarantine system. This paper summarizes experiences of ordinary food export enterprises. Influencing factors of vegetable pesticide residue are analyzed, including type raw material base, crops type, pesticide residue standards, internal and external supervision, and the risk level is determined. On the basis of risk level, some concrete measures of monitoring and managing pesticide residues are put forward for export vegetable enterprises.
