摘要 晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)是细胞表面分子免疫球蛋白超家族受体成员之一,作为一种细胞信号转导受体,与多种配体结合后,激活多种细胞信号转导通路,引起氧化应激和炎症反应等,参与动脉粥样硬化的形成,与2型糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病密切相关;可溶性RAGE是游离的RAGE胞外段,可与RAGE配体竞争性的结合,抑制RAGE介导的信号传递,拮抗配体-RAGE轴过度活化所致的生物学效应,起保护作用。 The receptor for advanced glycation endproducts(RAGE) is one of the cell surface molecules belonging to the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily.As a signal transduction cell receptor,it activates many cellular signal transduction pathways after binding a variety of ligands ,and then causes oxidative stress and inflammation,which are involved in the formation of atherosclerosis,and closely related with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.Soluble RAGE,which is the circulating extracellular domain of RAGE may competitively bind the ligands of RAGE,inhibiting the signal transduction mediated by RAGE,reverse the biological effects by the excessive activation of ligand-RAGE axis,playing a protective role.
