摘要
目的对应用腔内碎石手术与清热利湿通淋排石法联合对患有泌尿系结石疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的450例患有泌尿系结石疾病的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组150例,治疗组300例。采用单纯腔内碎石手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用腔内碎石手术与清热利湿通淋排石法联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者泌尿系结石疾病疗效明显优于对照组;腔内碎石手术术后下床活动时间和结石疾病临床治疗总时间明显短于对照组;结石疾病手术期间出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组,术后结石残留率明显低于对照组。结论应用腔内碎石手术与清热利湿通淋排石法联合对患有泌尿系结石疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To study the clinicl effect of application of endoscopic lithotripsy combined with clearing heat and promoting dieresis as well as freeing strangury and removing calculus method for the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods 450 cases of patients with urinary calculi disease who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group of 150 cases and treatment group of300 cases. The control group was treated with endoscopic lithotripsy. The treatment group received endoscopic lithotripsy combined with clearing heat and promoting dieresis as well as freeing strangury and removing calculus method. Results The effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group. After lithotripsy surgery, the activity time and clinical treatment time was significantly shorter than those of the control group. The adverse reaction of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The postoperative residual stones rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of endoscopic lithotripsy combined with clearing heat and promoting dieresis as well as freeing strangury and removing calculus method for the treatment of urinary calculi is very obvious.
