免疫抑制药导致单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血2例 被引量：2

摘要 吗替麦考酚酯、他克莫司属于免疫抑制药,主要用于预防同种异体的器官排异反应[1]。吗替麦考酚酯引起的血液系统不良反应主要为白细胞减少;他克莫司血液系统不良反应主要为贫血、白细胞减少、血小板减少、红细胞分析异常等。近年来,已有应用吗替麦考酚酯的患者出现单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（pure red cell aplasia,PRCA）的报道,其中部分患者合用他克莫司。
