摘要
小麦加工企业作为典型的设备密集型企业,提高设备运行效率、延长设备生命周期,对于降低管理成本,增强企业的市场竞争力具有重要意义。鉴于此,本文将全生命周期管理理念引入到小麦加工企业的设备管理系统中,基于小麦加工企业MES中获取的大量的设备数据,通过建立设备数据三维模型,对设备进行全过程、全生命动态和静态管理,实现了小麦加工企业设备管理的信息化、规范化和可追溯性。设计的系统在河南某面粉有限公司中进行了示范应用,在提高设备的运行效率的同时降低了设备管理成本。
Wheat processing enterprises are typical equipment intensive enterprises, and im- proving equipment operating efficiency, extending equipment life cycle are very important to reduce the management cost, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. In view of this, the full life cycle management idea is applied into the equipment management system of wheat processing enterprises. Based on the big data from MES, threedimensional data model of the equipment was established, and equipments were managed dynamicly and statically during the whole working process. Then the information, standardization and traceability of the equipments management were implemented. The designed system was demonstrated in a flour Co. , Ltd. in Henan. The results show that the efficiency of equipment management is improved and the cost of equipment management is reduced.
