摘要
目的探讨新鲜土豆片对化疗性静脉炎的预防作用，为临床工作提供理论支持。方法收集本院的需静脉输注化疗药物的恶性肿瘤患者100例，分为观察组（50例）与对照组（50例），观察组应用新鲜土豆片外敷预防，对照组应用硫酸镁湿敷预防，比较二组化疗性静脉炎的发生率。结果观察组化疗性静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组。结论对静脉输注化疗药外渗患者及早应用新鲜土豆片外敷，可明显降低化疗性静脉炎的发生率，临床可以常规应用。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of fresh potato slice external application on chemotherapeutic phlebitis, for accumulating clinical experience in directing the clinical work. Methods 100 cases during chemotherapy were divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group （50 cases ） were treated by fresh potato slice. Patients in the control group （50 cases） were treated by 50% magnesium sulfate. Effect of the two group was observed. Results The incidence rate of chemotherapeutic phlebitis was obviously lower in the observation group than that of the control group. Conclusions The fresh potato slice external ＇application can decrease the chemotherapeutic phlebitis, which is worthy of being recommended in the clinical treatment.
