探讨产时教育引导对产妇分娩结局及身心健康的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨产时教育引导对产妇分娩结局及身心健康的作用。方法选取阴道分娩的初产妇180例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组产妇按常规进行分娩三产程护理;观察组产妇从入产房至产后2 h,依据产程不同时段给予不同教育引导。采用医院焦虑和抑郁情绪量表( HAD)、分娩知识问卷表、服务态度满意率问卷及产后抑郁量表( EPDS)对两组产妇进行问卷调查。结果干预后两组产妇对分娩知识的掌握程度、服务态度满意分值及分娩方式等比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论产时教育引导有利于帮助产妇掌握分娩知识及技巧;降低剖宫产率,促进自然分娩,改善分娩结局,有利于母婴健康。 Objective To explore intrapartum education and guidance on delivery outcome and effects of phys-ical and mental health. Methods 180 cases of maternal with vaginal delivery in the labor ward, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group. Three delivery nursing was treated in control group. According to the different period of different education as a guide during production to support interventions were treated in the observation group from into the delivery room, labor and postpartum 2 hours. Hospital anxiety and Depression Scale ( HAD) , delivery of knowledge questionnaire, service satisfaction questionnaire and postnatal depression scale ( EPDS) of two groups of women were carried on the questionnaire survey. Results After intervention, there were significant differences in delivery of the degree of knowledge, service satisfaction score and the childbirth way between the two groups ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions Education and guide will help to master the knowledge and skills of maternal childbirth, reduce the rate of cesarean section, promote natural delivery, improve the delivery outcome, which is conductive to the health of mother and infant.
