摘要
近十年来,燃料乙醇行业发展迅速,2014年世界燃料乙醇产量已达7 381万吨,许多国家使用燃料乙醇来补充交通运输燃料。随着二代纤维素乙醇技术的成熟,预计到2017年世界将有25个示范或商业化项目运行,产业化进程已经启动。本文分析了中美两国纤维素乙醇产业的发展策略和政策措施,回顾了世界纤维素燃料乙醇产业及技术的发展历程,在此基础上对建设一套5万吨/年生物化学法纤维素乙醇装置进行了初步的经济技术评价,并对纤维素乙醇的发展趋势和国内纤维素乙醇发展提出了展望和建议。
Fuel ethanol industry has fuel ethanol production reached 73.81 m been develop on tons, many ng rapidly in the recent ten years. In 2014, the world countries are applying fuel ethanol to supplement the transportation fuel demand. With ready developed second generation bio-ethanol technology, about 25 demo or commercial facilities would be in operation until 2017, the industrialization process has been started. In this paper, the development strategies and policies of cellulosic ethanol industry in China and the United States are analyzed Based on reviewing world cellulosic ethanol industry and technology progress, the preliminary techno-economic analysis of building a 50 kt/a biochemical cellulosic ethanol plant is performed. Finally, the development trends and domestic development of cellulosic ethanol are forecasted and proposed.
