碎煤气化废水处理储槽脱油新方法研究

摘要 鲁奇加压气化工艺煤气水分离装置存在油水分离效果差的现象,中油随产品煤气水进入后续系统,严重影响酚氨回收运行效果,设计煤气水储槽排油系统,增加油分离罐,及时将储槽顶部轻油排入油槽,增加中油产量,提升煤气水分离除油效果,间接提高酚氨回收装置处理负荷。 The effect of oil water separation in gas water separation equipment of Lurgi pressurized gasification process is poor. Oil can enter into follow-up system with coal gas water. The phenol-ammonia recovery operational efficiency is influenced seriously. So the oil removal system with coal gas water separation tank is designed. An oil separation tank is set to collect the oil form the top of coal gas water separation tank in order to increase the yield of oil. At the same time, the effect of oil removal in coal gas water separation is improved. The processing load of phenol-ammonia recovery equipment is also improved indirectly.
