摘要
中国制造业结构升级对生产性服务的需求决定了中国服务外包业的发展规模与技术可能达到的先进水平,而服务外包业的发展则有助于制造业提高获得生产性服务的效率。这两个产业实现协调发展的具体路径是:形成较强的产业关联是协调发展的前提与基础;通过经济集聚实现的在区域分布上的协同定位是协调发展的主要途径;实施创新驱动战略是推进协调发展的核心动力。
The structure upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry has the demand for producer services which determines the development scale and technology of service in outsourcing industry in China,while the development of service outsourcing industry is helpful to manufacturing industry improving the accessing efficiency of producer services.The specific path of the two industries to achieve the coordinated development is that strong industry association is the prerequisite and basis for the coordinated development;the cooperative localization in the regional distribution through economic agglomeration is the main way of coordinated development;the implementation of innovation driven strategy is the core power of promoting the coordinated development.
