美日德石油储备筹资模式比较与借鉴 被引量:2

Comparison and Reference on the Financing of Petroleum Reserves in United States,Japan and Germany

摘要 以美、日、德石油储备机构年报为基础,通过对美、日、德石油储备筹资储备筹资法律依据、资金账户设置及信息披露、资金渠道来源、成本及资金用途和资金风险评价深入对比分析,试图建立一套具有中国特色的石油筹资模式。 Based on the annual disclosure of financing and depth comparative analysis of the United States,Japan and Germany's oil reserves on the legal basis for the financing,capital account settings and information disclosure,sources of funding channels and costs,use of funds and funds risk assessment financing,we try to establish a Chinese characteristics oil reserve funding models.
