摘要
建立以网络为基础的通信规划和即有层次分布、又有拓扑功能结构的电力通信设备监控管理系统,能够使管理人员宏观的、全局的、实时观测和判断通信的过程。在电力通信设备发生故障或者破坏的时候,系统能够建立应急的通信通道,满足急需的同时又可以使电力通信管理部门了解节点的状态信息、掌握通信的网络状况,并能够与电力调度自动化等管理系统联动。
This paper established the communication planning based on the network and the electric power communication equipment monitoring management system including the level distribution and fimction of topology structure at the same time, made the management personnel observe and judge the communication process maeroscopically, globally and timely. When electric power communication equipment weredamaged orin failure, the system eould establish emergency communication channel, not onlysatisfied the working need but also could help the electric power communicationadministrativedeparlments know nodes information and master the connnnnication network, and be able tolinkage with the electric power dispatching automation management system.
